Catherine Tate

CatherineCatherine Jane Ford was born on December 5th, 1969. She is an English comic and actress. Tate has been nominated for seven times for the BAFTAs as well as an International Emmy Award, and numerous other awards for her performance in the BBC sketch comedy show The Catherine Tate Show (2004)-2007. Tate was Donna Noble in the 2006 Christmas special episode of Doctor Who, and later reprised her role, becoming the Tenth Doctor's regular companion for the fourth series in the year 2008. [2] Tate was the lead in Joanie Taylor ("Nan") who was a comedy character that she played in The Catherine Tate Show (2009-2015). She also appeared in The Nan Movie (2022). She first appeared as Nellie Bertram, who was a regular part in the Office's U.S. version, in the year 2011. She was in the role until the conclusion of the show. Tate portrayed the role of Miss Sarah Postern (2013-2014), and Magica de Spell (2017-2021) in the BBC One sitcom Big School. In 2022, Tate starred as six characters in the Netflix comedy series, Hard Cell, which she also co-wrote and co-directed.
